I love the Russian. Russians do love holidays!   Another reason to celebrate in Vancouver. Bless you! My BOLDPLAY60 birthday celebrations, week 15! That's right. Week 15 of my bold, outrageous, dangerous, kick-ass romance with life!

Having many beautiful Russian friends (many from former USS of R), for my wish, I desire two words for you: BLESS YOU!

If it is great for citizens of Mother Russia, it will be great for the Universe of Kick-Ass Pirates. Good health. Long life. But living a long life in bad health condition is something neither a Great King nor a Kick-Ass Pirate will long for.

Health like love, not until you lose it, you may not realize how blessed you are. You already have one of the greatest and most prized asset in the world. Right now! If you don't know how wealthy you are, ask the nearly dead or newly wed. But please don't ask the lovely zombies who are so sick dying to get out of bed and dance.

If you want a sure-fire way to uncover your treasures, increase your abundance immediately and beat the winter blues, try this.   Deceptively simple, yet very powerful techniques. Dismiss it not, Matey!

COUNT YOUR BOB (BOOTIES OF BLESSINGS)
60 Seconds Or Less.

1. Take a piece of paper 
2. Make a BOB List of things or non-things alike. (Health is a big one. Your smart phone.)
3. Write down as fast as you can all the blessings that come to your mind.
4. You are done. 

TIPS & NOTES:
How to amplify and multiply your blessings?

• Timer (optional)
• Any recording device: cell phone/video/voice recorder (great for auditory or visual learner)
• Review your BOB List often (2 - 3 times a day for 2 weeks)
• Arrr ...  Read it out LOUD with passion. 
• Head bobbing, toe-tapping and hip-swaying when you do the count and review.
• Do it and share the exercise with someone/friends/mermaids (very important)
