Raymondo Chan and his sidekick Baby Picasso, a free-flight Exotic Salsa Dancing parrot, will explore the city as playful tourists and exotic adventure correspondents. They will fly, play, dance spontaneously in various exotic locations in the urban jungle where the city becomes an adventure playground.

Yes, ... from sea to sky, from fashion runway to the airport walkway.

Hello You! Superhero!  As part of Team Raymondo Chan, sidekick and adventure partner-in-crime, you play a kick-ass role to help campaign, assist to manage the wild, amazing adventures of Raymondo Chan, Exotic SalsaMaster, exotic salsa dancing in 80 countries; Captain Jack Parrot set sail for the legendary Fountain of Youth; and Prince of Kiss obsessed with a million ways to fly, dance and kiss the sky.

Who is this NOT for?

• Adventure playground is reserved only for kids
• Challenge and technology scare the hell out of you
• The idea of mixing business and pleasure is evil
• Party and play should be banned from the human race
• 9 - 5 in a cubicle is your preferred and only lifestyle
• You believe that anyone working and wearing a sexy bikini or Speedo at a pool with a laptop computer and a cell phone zipping orange juice is unproductive and must be not serious about creating great work. 

Who is this for?

• You are excited to help unleash passion and ready to help save (change) the world
• You have an exotic adventure passport or are ready to apply for one.

Do you have what it takes?

• Can-do attitude with a bit of wild streak, endowed with superpowers of superior organizational, communication, problem-solving skills 
• You're super working with details - it is like child play, natural to you (even your mom agrees)
• Make chaos magically disappear like David Copperfield make the Great Pyramid of Giza disappear 
• Strong sense of urgency to make a difference, get things done while having fun. You're willing to do what it takes (In other words, sexy or not, sometimes you got to get dirty and do it yourself.)
• You're genuine to help individuals and small companies to thrive and succeed
• Great research, tenacious, strong follow-through skills, strong bias to action and completion  
• Fast learner, dependable, reliable, capable of dealing with different personalities: "creative" and "type A" 

Your Role:

• you will work closely with me and/or the producer, event manager to plan, strategize, execute a bold, wild plan to build the brands Burn The Dance Floor and Raymondo Chan
• you will eat chaos for breakfast or lunch. So no days will be the same. Keep us on track in a systematic fashion.
• build fans, tribes of passionate, playful adventurers. Can think "outside of the box", cut through red tape  
• quickly, skilfully translate vision, map it out into a logical, step-by-step flight plan or sail plan for your Captain
• write memos, organize, prioritize, promote and communicate through different marketing medium and wrangle (we get lost) --- human species included.
• assist to create, develop proposals, marketing plans while working under and meet tight deadlines
• develop creative brief, write ad copy, press release, articles or blog post
• handle customers inquiries, correspondence and relations
• assist to coordinate with production, attend events and meetings as required
• update database, keep clients confidentiality, help them to succeed beyond their wildest dreams (Tender Loving Care)

Requirements:

• individuals and companies with experience and background in film/TV production (reality, documentary), entertainment/sports/event management, performance arts, broadcast journalism, tourism, fashion, agency, marketing (including experiential, street, direct-response/internet) preferred. 
• familiar with Microsoft suite, social media: facebook, youtube, twitter, linked-in
• working knowledge of Photoshop, presentation software
• knowing how to dance is an asset, not a must.
• foreign languages in German, French, Spanish, Russian or Chinese are an asset.

Though I value experience and formal education, drive and perseverance to push the limits are just as important as well as world-culture, travel and school of hard knocks.  Students and graduates, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Remuneration: based on experience, performance. The exotic, wild, amazing adventure -- priceless.
