Superhero Calling For Help! Team Raymondo Chan

After many restless days and nights, I want to make some important announcements.  

I am excited to enter the contest live@YVR for 80 days and 80 nights as a  storyteller, airport correspondent.  I got the email confirmation from the agency of YVR that I'm eligible to enter as the rules have changed. You no longer need to be born in Canada, as long as you are Canadian. "Be careful what you wish for, because it could come true." How exotic sexy?! 

The pre-arranged booking of the exotic cruises on August 28 due to the contest, that date has to change and will be announced soon.

Some of you have asked me about my brand new coaching program, Exotic Salsa Adventures. It is sinful trying to cook and perfect it for too long.  I have been conducting secret experiments, known briefly to a few close friends to reinvent myself, along with parrot Baby Picasso to document our journey through photos and videos since Baby Picasso was born 4 years ago.

I play host and entertain as Captain Jack Parrot with my sidekick, Mischief Officer Baby Picasso during Pirates of the Caribbean 4: on Strangers Tide movie release, Exotic Salsamaster, foreign correspondent from the Animal Kingdom, Michael Buble crazy tour concert, Lady Gaga Monster Ball street party.  You know the most challenging part is? Making the decision to share my passion and embark on the adventure and undertake to play (dance) the wild-est, most amazing game anywhere, anytime. (exciting, can be a bit scary at times to get out of the comfort zone, well, it's well worth it. :)  

I will play and dance in a bolder, bigger game in scale and scope. I will create and choreograph a live event, adventuring to the airport instead of just within the city. 

To meet the challenge head-on without drowning at sea,
in addition to the assignments of the Vancouver International Airport, I am looking for a crew members, my Sidekicks --- Adventure Partners-In-Crime (APIC) to kickstart the projects and adventures! Individuals or companies, not just anyone, to grow with me while having freakin' wild, amazing adventures and great times together! No regrets.

The mission? Unleash passion to save the world through adventure and play. Stop the deadly viruses.

Even my hero cousin Captain Jack Sparrow recruits an incredible crew before he set sail for his youthful cause here.  Captain Jack Parrot would sure concur. :)

Your Role:

• you will work closely with me and/or the producer, event manager to plan, strategize, execute a bold, wild plan to build the Burn The Dance Floor and Raymondo Chan brands
• we will eat chaos for breakfast or lunch. So no days will be the same. Keep us on track in a systematic fashion.
• build fans, tribes of passionate, playful adventurers. Can think "outside of the box", cut through red tape  
• quickly, skilfully translate vision and map it out into a logical, step-by-step flight plan or sail plan for your Captain
• help organize, prioritize, promote, and wrangle (we get lost) --- human species and/or wild-animals
• assist to create, develop proposals, marketing plans while working under and meet tight deadlines
• develop creative brief, write ad copy, press release, articles, or blog post
• handle customers inquiries, correspondence and relations
• assist to coordinate with production, attend events and meetings as required
• update database, keep clients confidentiality, help them to succeed beyond their wildest dreams (Tender Loving Care)

Requirements 

• excellent written and oral English communication skills
• diploma/degree with experience and background in film/TV, entertainment, performance arts, broadcast journalism, tourism, fashion, sports/events management, agency, marketing (event/direct-response/internet) preferred. 
• Microsoft suite, have a working cell, computer.
• familiar with social media: facebook, youtube, twitter, linked-in.
• Photoshop, presentation, mindmap software: e.g. camtasia are assets.
• knowing how to dance is an asset, not a must.
• foreign languages an asset.

Though I value experience and formal education, drive and perseverance to push the limits are just as important as well as world-culture and travel and school of hard knocks.  Students and graduates, are strongly encouraged to apply.
