Find the deadly mermaids. Death lie before us, as we set sail ... for the fabled Fountain of Youth. Captain Jack Parrot embark on the adventurous quest with sexy pirates, lovely zombies, parrot fishes.

The role is to assist the creative producer and choreographer, Raymondo Chan & Captain Jack Parrot to ensure the event run as smooth and efficient as possible and make sure the guests have a kick-ass, amazing, sexy time!

• adventurous, super-organized, reliable, eyes for details, outcome and solutions-oriented
• comfortable with water/height, nightlife and parrot friendly a must.
• grab the bulls by the ball, you don't back away from challenges easily 
• ability to empower others, inspire confidence, work well under pressure with little supervision and in team
• strong ability to make pragmatic, quick decisions within guideline
• coordinate, follow up with set-up, entertainer, decor, suppliers, guests service, tickets, contract, staffing, volunteers etc.
• manage, set up the venue operation and follow creative vision
• advise, coordinate VIP / beverage offerings & services

PASSION AMBASSADOR/PROMOTION CAPTAIN 

Adventurous,  positive, outgoing, outcome-oriented, you will assist to manage team of KAP Sales Ambassadors: answer inquires in a timely, friendly manner, deliver a kick-ass customer service.

GUERRILLA PUBLIC RELATIONS SUPPORT 

- creatively communicate and promote through various online and off-line channels, set up interviews, handle media inquiries, write press release, stories content, social media postings

Hospitality, sales, customer service, night clubs, journalism, film/entertainment background are an asset.

The mission? Unleash passion to save world through adventure, play and dance.   

Currently, I am looking for a crew team of adventure partners-in-crime(APIC) and sidekicks of like-minded, passionate and talented individuals and business. We will help adventure the mission. Play a bigger game with a few very exciting experiential projects.  

ADVENTUROUS & BOLD BUSINESS/CAMPAIGN MANAGER/PRODUCER

Mission: Impossible? Are you strategic, unconventional yet pragmatic and outcome-oriented with technology, web, political savvy?

• Energetic, you demonstrate proven leadership to lead, orchestrate successful grass-root campaign and high-quality large-scale single/multiple days events.  
• Event, direct response marketing, PR, sponsorship, film/TV experience. 
• Adventurous parrot and nightlife friendly a must.

KICK-ASS EVENT MARKETING PROMOTION/ADMIN & PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Dive into the exotic universe of Entertainer, creative producer, director, choreographer, Raymondo Chan, Exotic SalsaMaster on the adventures exotic salsa dancing in 80 countries; Captain Jack Parrot set sail on the quest ... for the fabled Fountain of Youth; and Prince of Kiss obsessed with a million ways to fly, dance and kiss the sky. This is going to be part of something wild and amazing! 

If your heaven is being chained to a 9 - 5 cubicle, mixing business and pleasure is evil, this job not right for you.

Who is this for? You got an "exotic adventure passport"? 

• Adventurous, reliable, dependable and detail oriented. You are nightlife and parrot friendly. 
• Thrill on challenges.  Do not crack easily under pressure.

• Fast learner. Burning desire to learn and grow.
• You love cultures, film, fashion, performance arts, rainforests, marketing. 
• Take initiative and direction well. Work in team or independently under little supervision.

Do you have what it takes?

• Can-do attitude with a bit of wild streak. Superior organizational, excellent written and oral communication, problem-solving skills
• Great research, follow-through skills with a bias for action and completion  
• Strong sense of urgency to make a difference, get things done and having fun. 
• Willing to do do what it takes to make things happen. (It means sometimes get dirty and do it yourself.)
• A genuine desire to help others and smaller companies to thrive and succeed
• Make the Great Pyramid of Giza disappear (Bonus)

Your Role

• you will work closely with me and/or the producer, event manager and assist us to plan, strategize, execute a bold, wild projects to build the Burn The Dance Floor and Raymondo Chan brands
• we will eat chaos for breakfast or lunch. So no days will be the same. Keep us on track on time and on target.
• build tribes of passionate, playful adventurers.
• quickly, skilfully translate vision and map it out into a logical, step-by-step flight or sail plan for your Captain to optimize completion, sales process and success.
• organize, systematize, prioritize, promote. Wrangle human species
• create, research, develop proposals, marketing plans while meeting tight deadlines
• develop, update creative brief, research, write copy, press release, articles, blog post
• handle customers inquiries, correspondence and relations
• assist to coordinate with production, attend events and meetings as required
• update database, maintain clients confidentiality, help them to succeed beyond their wildest dreams

Requirements

• diploma/degree with experience and background in film/TV, entertainment, performance arts, broadcast journalism, tourism, fashion, sports/events management, agency, marketing (event/direct-response/internet) preferred. 
• Have a reliable, working cell phone/computer.
• Familiar with social media: facebook, youtube, twitter, linked-in.
• Basic Photoshop, video-editing skills a bonus.
• Knowing how to dance is an asset, not a must.

NOTE: Though I value experience and formal education, drive and perseverance to push the limits are just as important as well as world-travel and adventure school of hard knocks. I am looking for some to grow with the team. Student interns and graduates, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Remuneration: based on experience, performance and proposal
