Prosperous, Healthy & Happy Chinese New Year of the Pig 2007!

Kung Hei Fat Choy! Welcome all that are good into your life.
It's a start of the Lunar New Year, the year of the Pig. Having two New Years to celebrate for me is good. Being festive creates the spirit of being alive. Reflecting on the last 12 months or last quarter is a great exercise. You do not have to be Chinese to embrace it too.

Celebrate successes and learning from experience to grow. Get together with friends and family.

I learn that you can never underestimate the power of an intention and nurturing a good, positive spirit. Now you have a second chance to make your new resolutions. What are your dreams and goals in the next 30 or 90 days? It's never too late. Make 2007 your most satisfying, productive, and remarkable year! Pig-headedly, get started today.

Live and dance with passion!

Arithmetic of Love for Valentine

"In the arithmetic of love, one plus one equals everything, and two minus one equals nothing." ~ Mignon McLaughlin

Valentine for love and romance?

The other day, I talk to a student and friend of mine how to celebrate Valentine Day. She told me she is not really celebrating as much as she would like. She loves to Salsa Latin dance, but her partner is shy and reluctant.

No matter how busy you are these days, Valentine Day is so hard to forget or escape one's radar. You see so many heart signs and flowers hanging everywhere.

How would you celebrate?

Romantic dinner or dancing?

Belgian dark chocolate won't hurt your waistline, especially when you plan to burn those extra calorie afterwards. If you are single, don't be alone. Go out and celebrate with friends! Sparkle your romance with your love one or date. Meet other fun loving people with your new social skills.

Who knows?

Someone around the corner might be just waiting for you.

May you be always surrounded with lots of love from your partner, family, friends and yourself!
