Strategic Role: ensure the operation runs as effectively and efficiently as possible, and allow me, the KAPtain, and the crew to focus on critical, kick-ass business issues that drive outrageous results, revenues, productivity, innovation and hilarious client experience.

Accountabilities 

•  you will work closely with me and/or the producer, promotion and event manager to plan, strategize, execute a bold plan, wild projects.
• we will eat chaos for breakfast. So no days will be the same. 
• keep the project on time, on budget and on target
• willing to do whatever it takes to make things happen. (sometimes get dirty and do it yourself.)
• quickly map out a logical, step-by-step flight/sail plan from concept to completion
• move projects boldly forward in break-neck speed by pro-actively anticipating challenges and trouble shoot.
• highlight priorities, follow through on them promptly
• increase our luck, optimize, leverage most valuable assets and resources.
•  set up systems, plan, coordinate and execute events 
• assist with products launch,  online or offline sales campaign tracking and monitoring
• research, develop, present customer-centric proposals, prepare budgets, schedule, marketing plans, creative brief
• write, edit copy, update press release, blog/video post
• generate leads, handle sales calls and customers inquiries, filing paperwork, correspond efficiently and follow-up, if necessary.
• prepare guest list, send invite, book talents, negotiate contracts, attend events/meetings as required 
• take and/or edit no-brainer photos/videos
• wrangle humanoids, attract, recruit, manage crew, contractors, volunteers 

General Administration

• proactively manage business and personal calendar, emails; arrange appointments, daily reminder of meetings, preparations, provide status report, summary and minutes as required
• update database, maintain clients confidentiality
• book flights and comprehensive travel arrangements, organize detailed itineraries 
• order merchandise, shopping, execute special requests, errands as needed
• ensure parrot Baby Picasso playtime and training protocol

Requirements

•  flexible to work at any location (e.g. pool to Oscar award parties) 
• confident on the phone, outstanding written and oral skills
• trustworthy, ability to manage highly confidential information with tact and discretion
• education and/or experience in PR & journalism, fashion, film/TV, arts/entertainment, adventure tourism, executive administration, events management, sales and marketing promotion. (Direct response/internet marketing an asset.)
• have a clean, valid driver license, reliable cell phone/labtop computer
• familiar with social media: facebook, youtube, twitter, linked-in
• MS Office Products: Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint etc. and ability to learn new skills and software
• basic Photoshop, video-editing skills a bonus. (not a must)
• foreign language in French, Russian, Spanish a bonus. (not a must)
• dance background not required
• travel as needed

NOTE: Though I value experience and formal education, drive and perseverance to push the limits, world-travel and adventure school of hard knocks are considered. I am looking for key crew team to grow with the project. Ambitious student interns, recent graduates, foreign students, are strongly encouraged to apply.
