COUNT YOUR BOB (BOOTIES OF BLESSINGS)
60 Seconds Or Less.
- Take a piece of paper
- Make a BOB List of things or non-things alike. (Health is a big one. Your smart phone.)
- Write down as fast as you can all the blessings that come to your mind.
- You are done.

How to amplify and multiply your blessings?
- Timer (optional)
- Any recording device: cell phone/video/voice recorder (great for auditory or visual learner)
- Review your BOB List often (2 - 3 times a day for 2 weeks)
- Arrr ... Read it out LOUD with passion.
- Head bobbing, toe-tapping and hip-swaying when you do the count and review.
- Do it and share the exercise with someone/friends/mermaids (very important)
