Kaptain Jack Parrot is looking for a crew of Adventure Partners-In-Crime (APIC) of like-minded, passionate and talented individuals and business to help accomplish a wild, dangerous mission.

* Thrive on challenges. Fast learner. Self-starter. Can take direction well.
* Love cultures, fashion, film, performance arts, dance, rainforests, marketing
* Ability to work in team/independently under little supervision.
* A genuine desire to help and empower others to thrive and succeed
* zipping orange juice at a pool working in a Speedo or bikini with a laptop/cell phone is one way to create great work. Seriously. 

Do you have what it takes?
* Adventurous, reliable, detail-oriented, can-do attitude with a bit of wild streak.
* Tenacious drive to follow-through to complete what you set out to do
* Meticulous eye for organization, excellent written & oral communication, problem-solving skills.
* Strong sense of urgency to make a difference, get things done.
* Comfortable with heights/water.  Nightlife & parrot friendly a must.

Your Roles
* you will work closely with me and/or the producer, event manager, Superheros
* help us plan, strategize bold, wild projects, execute them violently to achieve our mission, build the Burn The Dance Floor and Raymondo Chan brands.
* we will eat chaos for lunch. No days will be the same. Keep us on track, on time, on target, on strategy.
* you may be required to play(work) in and out of the water. Or on the plank!
* willing to do what it takes to make things happen. (sometimes get dirty & do it yourself.)

1. Outrageous Marketing & Promotion
* aggressively build tribes of passionate clientele, fans, playful adventurers.
* prioritize, organize tasks to increase and achieve sales and promotion target
* quickly translate vision into a logical, step-by-step flight or sail plan
 * research, develop proposals, marketing plans while meeting tight deadlines
* develop creative brief, write copy, stories, press release, articles, blog post, update social media
* coordinate with creative team, production team, performers, talents, suppliers
* plan the promotion and event schedule: filming, choreography, rehearsal, coaching workshop
* attend social, networking events to generate awareness, develop business opportunities
* actively seek out, recruit crew of members, ambassadors, affiliates, partners

2. Quarter Master Admin (MA)
Keep the free-flight engine running smoothly.
* systematize the operation, make the process as effective, efficient and fun as possible.
* respond timely to customers inquiries with some kick-ass TLC
* assist to coordinate, attend events and meetings as required
* update database, maintain clients confidentiality
* schedule meetings, email and call to ensure make sure everyone is on the same page.
* source supplies, ensure parrots don't run out of nuts, paperwork not flying everywhere.

3. Kick-Ass Pirates PR (Public Relations)
Mixing business with pleasure is evil. Are you kidding? 
* research, pitch, contact media, write press release & interesting content articles.
* schedule, book interviews for the Captain, personalities, coordinate VIP guests, experts, hospitality
* identity and target media, networks, syndicates.
* take and edit simple photos, videos.


Requirements
* diploma/degree with experience and background in film/TV, entertainment, performance arts, broadcast journalism, tourism, fashion, sports/events management, agency, marketing (event/direct-response/internet) preferred. 
* have reliable, working cell phone, computer or access to one.
* computer savvy, familiar with social media: facebook, youtube, twitter, linked-in.
* basic Photoshop, video-editing skills a bonus.
* knowing how to dance is an asset, not a must.

NOTE: Though I value experience and formal education, drive and perseverance, pushing the limits is just as important as well as world-travel and adventure school of hard knocks. Ideally, I am looking for someone to grow with me and the team. Ambitious student interns and graduates, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Remuneration: based on experience, performance and proposal.

When: Start immediately. Project based.

* 3 - 6 months (part time and full time)
